What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you stay in control of your data.
1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect
Contact form: your name, email, the type of enquiry and your message.
Website Building intake form: your name, company name, email, phone number (optional), what you want on your site, the type of site and your Google Business Profile link (optional).
Review Card order form: your name, company name, email, your Google review link, quantity, card finish and any notes you add.
Review Growth Plan order: your name, email and company name.
Payments: billing details and card data are entered directly with Stripe. We receive only the payment status and a payment reference — never your full card number.
3. Why we collect it and on what basis
To deliver the service you ordered and to prepare and perform our agreement with you (contractual necessity).
To process your payment and keep the legally required financial records (legal obligation).
To answer your enquiry and follow up on it (legitimate interest, or your consent when you contacted us).
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data as long as necessary to deliver the service and to comply with tax record-keeping obligations — generally up to 7 years for financial records under Dutch law.
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months.
5. Who we share it with
Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy and is GDPR-compliant.
Our hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf within the EU where possible.
We never sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to function — for example to remember your cookie choice and to keep a checkout session working.
No advertising or tracking cookies are placed unless you accept optional cookies in the cookie banner. If you choose 'Only necessary', no non-essential scripts are loaded.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which makes the banner appear again.
7. Your rights under the AVG/GDPR
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy of the data you gave us (data portability).
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email Sem@smrstrading.com. We respond within one month.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to SMRS. If a data breach affects your rights, we notify you and the supervisory authority as required by law.
