These terms apply to every service SMRS delivers. They are written in plain language so you know exactly what you agree to.
1. Company identification
SMRS (formerly operating as 'Around the World', founded 2023, rebranded to SMRS in 2026).

SMRS is VAT-exempt under the Dutch small business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling, KOR). No VAT is charged on our invoices.

2. Scope of services
SMRS offers three services: Website Building (design and build of a website, priced under €699), Google Review Cards (NFC/QR cards linking to your Google review page, €19.99 each) and the Review Growth Plan (two Google review cards plus a custom review plan, €150 one-time).
The exact deliverables of each project are agreed in writing by email before work starts. Anything not agreed in writing is not part of the engagement.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in euros and, because of the KOR exemption, do not include VAT — no VAT is added.
Payments are processed by Stripe. SMRS never stores your card details.
Website Building starts with a €20 deposit. Once SMRS has started building your preview, this deposit is non-refundable, as work has then been performed specifically for you. The remaining balance (up to €699 in total) becomes due when you approve the preview and before the site goes live.
Google Review Cards and the Review Growth Plan are paid in full at the moment of ordering.
4. Delivery and timelines
Delivery timelines are communicated per project and depend on the scope agreed and on receiving the content, access and feedback we need from you.
Stated timelines are indicative and not binding deadlines. Physical Google review cards are shipped to the address you provide after production.
5. Right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht)
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. To use it, email Sem@smrstrading.com and we will arrange the return or refund.
This right does not apply to goods or services made or programmed to your specification. Website Building is custom work: once SMRS has started building your preview, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Google review cards programmed with your own Google review link are personalised: once programming has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
You are asked to explicitly acknowledge this before payment on the relevant order forms.
6. Liability
SMRS delivers its services with reasonable care and skill, but does not guarantee any specific commercial result, ranking, review count or growth percentage. Any figures mentioned on this site are illustrative of past work, not promises.
SMRS is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or reputational damage.
Where SMRS is liable, its liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
SMRS is not responsible for outages, changes or policy decisions of third-party platforms (for example Google, hosting providers or Stripe).
7. Intellectual property
Once the full amount for a project has been paid, you own the final delivered website and materials.
Until full payment has been received, all delivered work remains the property of SMRS.
SMRS may show completed work in its portfolio and marketing. If you prefer not to be shown, tell us by email and we will remove it.
Third-party components (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to all agreements with SMRS. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court in the district where SMRS is established.
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
